    I made this soup yesterday. Even though I screwed up, by doubling the soup stock it still tastes great. I am going to add more carrots, and more hot chili pepper as this recipe has lots of flexibility. I used a red curry power, added cumin and coriander also. It’s another blustery day here and soup is a great way to warm up your insides. Oh yeah, I burnt the pumpkin seeds but still liked them. Ah but the joy of cooking yourself is still mine :)
