I was in LA a couple of times. Glad I didn’t see this first . .I would’ve been even more intimidated! :)
It’s a great shot and kinds of sum up why I dislike LA .

Perhaps it’s the flatness that makes it appear so ongoing… Wonder how Seattle (where I grew up) would look from this perspective, with all its water and mountains?
Isn’t that the Pacific Ocean and the Palos Verdes Peninsula in the background? This must have been an unusually clear day, or it’s an older photo. When was this picture taken?
